ABSTRACT

The analysis of current trends in the implementation of effective socio-economic solutions and their development under the influence of COVID-19 is made. The prospects of using innovative and telecommunication technologies, robotics, big data processing methods and knowledge management methods in the formation and management of global economic clusters were noted. The clustering of delivery robots under pandemic conditions by methods of machine learning was carried out. The peculiarities of COVID-19 assessment as the main formative factor influencing socio-economic decision-making on a global scale are disclosed. The necessity and possible consequences of adopting and implementing new decisions designed to minimize the negative effects of COVID-19 on Russian and global economies are discussed. It is noted that the design and development of innovations in the system of management and transfer of knowledge is an indispensable condition for the successful development of future socio-economic relations. On the basis of the obtained results conclusions are made about the background of the applied solutions, about the vector of their direction and makes it clear what should be paid special attention to when assessing the current situation in society and determine which solutions are most effective and how the social order should be transformed to successfully withstand the new challenges. © 2023 SPIE.

ABSTRACT

Telecommunication technology continues to develop starting from 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, and currently entering the 5G era. The Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) based telecommunication industry in Indonesia consists of three big names: Telkomsel, XL, and Indosat. During the Covid-19 pandemic, activities carried out outside the home should be done online. People hope that the internet network can work properly. However, the reality is not as expected, because many networks are experiencing slow internet problems and many complaints are delivered through social media. Therefore, this research aims to find the insight opinions that have been conveyed to the telecommunications operator in social media. This research used the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm to classify text sentiment (negative or positive) about telecommunication providers. The experiment with text data from Twitter is conducted after preprocessing and weighting of the Word2Vec process. The confusion matrix experiment shows that the CNN algorithm's performance reaches an average accuracy value of around 86.22%. The experiment was carried out by dividing the training data and testing the data 5 times in 10 times. The study results indicated that disruption of cellular telecommunications operators provided many sentiments, especially negative sentiment at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

In this contemporary world, the development of telecommunication technology is far beyond the human knowledge that allows people to stay connected who are detached thousands of miles away by the internet. An integrated mobile app is created in such a way that it enhances the life of farmers both in their financial and mental status. Telehealth care systems emerged as one of the best alternate remedies for treating people during this covid-19 crises, By video conferencing technology, doctors are likely to treat farmers who are emotionally and mentally downhearted. Tata Communications-Confidential It is as effective as traditional way of counselling in person and it's a proven fact. Not only for farmers but also crops need some attention as it is prone to some diseases, to tackle that issue experts will be providing consultations to the farmers by pre-booking them. Economic growth is highly distressed due to global pandemic, so retailing farmers goods to consumers in online platforms would greatly increase the economic growth and reduce price despite the secondary agents. Loan facilities which are available around the location of the farmers are made aware to them, Thus it will greatly influence their basic survival in agriculture. © 2021 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The world is witnessing an increasing development towards the use of telecommunications technology in the judicial system. This use has increased by the resort to the remote litigation system in light of (Covid-19) pandemic. However, a major question remains about the guarantees offered to litigants while using this system, and whether these guarantees are similar to traditional (i.e. non-electronic) litigation. This paper highlights the UAE model in providing sufficient technical guarantees to protect the rights of litigants while using technology in litigation, such as: Recording, safekeeping and confidentiality of the records of remote litigation;applying information security policies;the transcription of remote litigation procedures into electronic or hardcopy minutes or document;Acknowledging the validity of e-documents and e-signature;and Technical Guarantees accompany the attendance and pleading of the parties shall be provided. © 2021 IEEE.
